A St Kitts and Nevis national has found himself in trouble with the law in the British Virgin Islands after police discovered multiple illegal items, including a firearm, during an intelligence-led operation in the Fahie Hill area.
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) said it executed a search warrant at a residence occupied by Alex Archibald on Tuesday, 30 December 2025.
During the search, officers recovered a Glock firearm with 31 rounds of 9mm ammunition, approximately 8.82 grams of marijuana, and other items deemed evidential.
Archibald was charged with keeping an unlicensed firearm, unlawful possession of explosives, and possession of a controlled drug.
The RVIPF said it remains committed to combating illegal firearms and drug-related activity and ensuring the safety and security of communities across the territory.
