King Charles III is set to visit Bermuda from April 30 to May 2, 2026, in what will mark a historic first visit by a reigning king to the island.
Bermuda Governor Officials Andrew Murdoch announced the King’s visit in a post on social media.
Details surrounding the royal visit will be announced in the coming weeks.
The upcoming trip will be particularly significant, as it will be the first time the sitting monarch has travelled to Bermuda in that capacity.
Charles previously visited the island in 1970 during his time as Prince of Wales.
His mother, Queen Elizabeth II, last visited Bermuda in November 2009 during her reign.
More recently, The Duchess of Gloucester visited the island in October 2025, making her the most recent member of the Royal Family to travel to Bermuda.
