Police said the forfeiture order was granted on June 15, 2026, bringing judicial proceedings in the matter to a close.
The money was seized on December 17, 2025, from Torquil Hanley of Camps.
According to the police, the seizure, investigation and court proceedings were conducted in accordance with the laws of St Kitts and Nevis.
The Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force said it remains committed to investigating financial crimes, disrupting the illegal movement of money and pursuing the forfeiture of assets linked to unlawful activity through the courts.
Police also urged members of the public to report suspicious financial activity as part of ongoing efforts to combat financial crime in the Federation.
