SCARBOROUGH, Tobago — Caribbean Airlines has begun a new non-stop service between Toronto Pearson International Airport in Canada and the A.N.R. Robinson International Airport in Tobago.
The first flight landed at the airport’s new terminal on Sunday, October 25, 2026, where arriving passengers were welcomed by Transport and Civil Aviation Minister Eli Zakour, Tobago Chief Secretary Farley Augustine, Secretary of Tourism, Antiquities and Creative Industries Zorisha Hackett, Assistant Secretary Niketa Percy, and Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago Chairman Aaron Henry.
The weekly Sunday service re-establishes a route left open after Sunwing Airlines discontinued its winter flights between Toronto and Tobago.

Passengers arriving on the inaugural flight were greeted with cultural performances and welcome packages from the Tobago Tourism Agency Limited.
The Tobago House of Assembly said Canada remains one of Tobago’s key tourism markets, and the new service provides another direct travel option for visitors and returning residents heading to the island.
