Tenique Vincent

Trinidad and Tobago has selected 74 athletes to compete at the 2026 Carifta Games in Grenada.

The team will be accompanied by 18 officials, bringing the total delegation to 92 members.

Among the athletes are returning champions Tyrique Vincent and Tenique Vincent, who captured gold in the decathlon and heptathlon respectively at the previous edition of the Games.

Also included in the squad are Girls Under-17 middle-distance standout Oshea Cummings, top-ranked Girls Under-20 100m sprinter Alexxe Henry, and Jaydon Goodridge, who is currently ranked among the top three globally in the Boys Under-18 400m.

The Games are scheduled to take place from April 4–6 at the Kirani James Athletics Stadium in St George’s, Grenada.

The Trinidad and Tobago team will compete across the Under-17 and Under-20 categories in a range of track and field events including sprints, middle-distance races, relays, jumps, throws and combined events.

Girls Under-17 team

Chelcia Joseph, Daija Reid, Eden Chee-Wah, Jael Peters, Keanna Cummings, Kelis Alexander, La Queen Welch, Makiah Williams, Nyla Kerr, Oshea Cummings, Reyann Graham, Soleil Caruth and Xiah Tobias.

Boys Under-17 team

Chasiri Charles, Christian Parks, Dario Tavernier, Ethan Mayers, Isaiah Teesdale, Jaafari Shaw, Jafari Edwards, Jamal Bailey, Jaquan Douglas, Jayden Goodridge, J’dani Williams, Jevon Grant, Joshua Andrews, Julien Chin Lee, Kaden Brathwaite-Adams, Lyndon George, Michal Paul, Mikael Serrette, Niyelle Alleyne, Tannon Niemeyer and Zayne Martin.

Girls Under-20 team
