Trinidadian designer Ecliff Elie into sharper focus, formally introducing a bespoke service shaped by years of working with private clients.
The new offering, Bespoke — Tailored for Women, builds on a method Elie has refined over decades, now presented in a more structured way as
demand grows for clothing that reflects both confidence and individuality.
At the centre of the service is a guided, one-on-one process.
Each piece—whether a blazer, trousers, skirt or dress—is developed with careful attention to how the client stands, moves and presents herself, with the aim of creating garments that feel as natural as they look polished.
“This is not a new direction,” Elie said. “It is a
continuation of work I have done over time, now introduced with structure and
clarity.”
Fabric choices are equally deliberate. Materials are selected for their structure and durability, ensuring the finished pieces not only look sharp but hold their quality over time.
With more than 30 years in the industry, Elie has long argued that presentation goes beyond style, shaping how a person is perceived
and how they carry themselves.
“When the garment is correct, everything changes,” he said.
“You move differently. You carry yourself differently. That is the standard.”
The move comes as more women step into senior roles across business and leadership, fuelling demand for tailoring that matches both
authority and personal identity.
Through this latest push, Elie is keeping his focus on precision and craftsmanship, while making his bespoke approach more accessible to women seeking clothing that is intentional, structured and built to last.
For consultations and appointments, clients are invited to contact the atelier directly.
