BRIDGETOWN, Barbados — A 47-year-old US national has been arrested and formally charged with firearm and ammunition offences in Barbados.

The Barbados Police Service Criminal Investigations Department (South) identified the man as Jackson Bart Randall, of Lake Havasu, Arizona.

Randall was charged with possession of a firearm and possession of seven rounds of ammunition, both offences allegedly committed on September 14, 2026.

He appeared before acting Magistrate Keitha Ellis at the District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court on September 16.

Randall was not required to plead to the indictable offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service at Dodds.

He is scheduled to reappear before the court on September 30.
