Police in Grenada are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man whose body was found at sea off Carriacou.

According to the Royal Grenada Police Force, officers acting on information received conducted enquiries in Craigston, Carriacou on March 9, where the motionless body of Michael Enoe of Bogles was discovered floating in the sea.

A medical doctor examined the body at the scene and pronounced him dead.

Police said a post-mortem examination will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
