Police in St Vincent and the Grenadines have arrested two men in connection with the 2025 murder of Carl Quow in Edinboro.
The Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force said Kyle Providence and Joel Williams, both 21-year-old labourers of Ottley Hall, were arrested on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, and jointly charged with Quow’s murder. Police allege Quow was shot multiple times on February 6, 2025.
The men also face attempted murder charges in relation to the shooting of a 17-year-old boy from Edinboro, who was shot in his left foot during the same incident.
Providence and Williams appeared before the Serious Offences Court, where they were arraigned but not permitted to enter pleas due to the indictable nature of the charges. They were remanded into custody at His Majesty’s Prison, and the matter was adjourned to January 26, 2026.
Police thanked members of the public who provided information that assisted in the investigation and renewed their appeal for anyone with additional information related to the case to come forward.
