Caroline Porras

Caroline Porras has been crowned Miss Universe Bonaire 2026 after emerging victorious over two other contestants in the national pageant on July 5.

The 24-year-old model, actress and influencer will now represent Bonaire at the 75th Miss Universe competition, where she will compete against more than 60 contestants from around the world in Puerto Rico this November to succeed reigning Miss Universe, Fátima Bosch of Mexico.

Bonaire was represented at the 2025 competition in Thailand by Nicole Peiliker.

Following her victory, Porras reflected on the significance of the moment in an emotional social media post, saying the title was not what made her worthy.

“This crown is not proof that I’m enough. I was always enough,” she wrote on Instagram.

“It simply reminds me of what becomes possible when you choose to believe in yourself, even when the path feels uncertain.”

She encouraged others to embrace personal growth and continue believing in themselves despite challenges.

“Growth builds character. Courage is created by showing up, especially when you’re scared. Keep learning, stay open-minded, and never stop investing in yourself. Love yourself enough to keep believing in your potential,” Porras stated.

She also thanked her supporters, saying the achievement belonged to everyone who had encouraged and prayed for her throughout her journey.
