A second man has been charged in connection with the shooting death of a Saint Lucian national in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
The Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) said Jarell Phillips, 24, of Redemption Sharpes, was arrested and charged on Monday, August 24, with the murder of 34-year-old Troy Casley.
Phillips also faces two counts of attempted murder arising from the same incident.
Casley was fatally shot at Great House, Lowmans Leeward, on June 23, 2026.
Two other men were also injured in the shooting.
Police said the murder charge alleges that Phillips unlawfully caused Casley’s death with malice aforethought.
The attempted murder charges relate to the alleged shooting of the two other men.
Phillips is expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court to be arraigned.
