Guadeloupe’s Annaëlle Ibo narrowly missed out on a place in the Top 40 at the 2026 Miss World pageant after finishing second in the Talent competition.

The 24-year-old delivered a soulful rendition of La Vie en Rose as she competed against 22 other contestants for the Talent title.

Ibo was the only Caribbean delegate to reach the Top 23 of the competition.

Miss England Grace Richardson won the Talent competition, earning a place in the Miss World Top 40, while Asia Rose Simpson of the Philippines finished third.

Simpson had already secured her place in the Top 40 after winning the Asia and Oceania Head-to-Head Challenge.
