Four people were killed in a US kinetic strike on a go-fast vessel operating along established narco-trafficking routes in the Caribbean on September 19.

The strike was carried out by Joint Task Force Western Hemisphere under the direction of U.S. Southern Command.

According to the US, confirmed intelligence showed that the vessel was actively involved in narco-trafficking. The four people killed were described as “narco-terrorists”.

The latest operation comes as the US continues its kinetic strikes in the region. Since the strikes began in September 2025, more than 200 people have been killed, including five men suspected to be from Trinidad and Tobago and Saint Lucia.
