A student of Richland Park S.D.A School has emerged as the top performer in the 2026 Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment (CPEA), scoring an average of 98.20 per cent.

Draádon Ackie placed first overall in the assessment, followed by Naailah Azziza Stevenson of Kingstown
Preparatory School, who ranked second.

 Amiah Kristal Anderson, also of Kingstown Preparatory, secured third place.

Other students placing among the top 10 included pupils from Richland Park S.D.A, Dickson Methodist, Sugar Mill Academy, Windsor Primary and Brighton Methodist schools.

The Ministry of Education, Vocational Training, Innovation, Digital Transformation and Information in St Vincent and the Grenadines said 1,557 of the 1,760 students who sat the 2026 CPEA on May 14
achieved the required standard, representing 88.47 per cent of candidates.

The figure marks a slight increase compared to last year’s performance, when 87.34 per cent of
students met the standard.

The external assessment tested students in Mathematics, Science, Language Arts and Social Studies, while the school-based component included projects, writing portfolios, book reports, teacher assessments and other classroom activities.

Several students recorded perfect scores in individual subjects.

In Mathematics, Amiah Anderson of Kingstown Preparatory School and Juliano Ryan of Dickson Methodist School achieved 100 per cent.

The top Science performers included Akili Neverson of Sugar Mill Academy, along with Amauri Greaves, Jediah Luke and Noah Yorke, who also achieved the highest scores.

For Social Studies, Naailah Stevenson and Amiah Anderson of Kingstown Preparatory School, along with Michael February of Richland Park S.D.A School and Damien Franklyn of Windsor Primary School, were among the top performers.
