Seven Caribbean delegates have advanced to the next stage of the Miss World 2026 Top Model competition after making the cut from the Americas and Caribbean continental group.

Seventeen women from the Americas and Caribbean entered the continental competition, the largest of the four continental groups.

The Caribbean delegates advancing are Kristianna Gordon of the Cayman Islands, Lishantely Jennie of Curaçao, Joheirry Mola of the Dominican Republic, Audrey Ho-Wen-Tsaï of French Guiana, Marechan Burrows of The Bahamas, Laurence Fibleuil of Martinique and Georgia-Lee Gill of Trinidad and Tobago.

The first round of the competition was held at Dragon Beach Square in Haiphong, Vietnam, during the Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest XVI on August 18.A total of 60 contestants from around the world have qualified for the next stage of the Top Model competition.

The continental winners will earn a place in the Miss World 2026 Top 40, with one contestant from each of the four continental groups advancing.

The overall Top Model winner will receive an even bigger reward, securing a place in the Top 20 of the Miss World competition.

The Top Model title has also proven to be an important pathway to the Miss World crown.

Four previous Top Model winners have gone on to win Miss World since the competition was introduced in 2004.

The second round of the Top Model competition will take place on August 28 in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

During the next stage, the Top 60 contestants, along with the remaining delegates, will take to the catwalk wearing designs representing their respective countries and territories.

The event will also feature the World Designer Award, recognising standout fashion from the participating nations.
