Three Caribbean delegates have advanced to the Top Six of the Americas and Caribbean group in the Beauty with a Purpose competition at Miss World 2026.

Belize’s Faith Noel Edgar, French Guiana’s Audrey Ho-Wen-Tsaï and Haiti’s Marie Kemlyne Lestalie Felix were named among the six finalists in the continental group, alongside Guatemala’s Jennifer Andrea Ortiz Cordero, Paraguay’s Ayelen Perez and Venezuela’s Mística Nuñez Rujano.

The delegates presented their Beauty with a Purpose projects to a panel of judges and fellow contestants on August 31 at voco Scenia Bay Nha Trang in Vietnam.

Edgar’s Smiles for Belize project focuses on improving access to dental care and oral health education for children and underserved communities across Belize. The initiative is particularly personal for Edgar, who is studying to become a dentist.

Felix’s project focuses on helping young girls build self-esteem and access opportunities. Her work was shaped by her own childhood experiences, including being made to feel that she was not good enough, as well as seeing girls leave school because of pregnancy or a lack of positive role models.

In 2023, she created Inspire-toi d’Elles, an initiative aimed at helping Haitian women and girls build networks, access opportunities and work towards greater independence.

Ho-Wen-Tsaï is using her platform to promote environmental awareness in French Guiana through The Green Caravan, an initiative linked to her wider Youth for a Greener Future project. The programme focuses on environmental education and conservation.

The winner of the Americas and Caribbean group is expected to be announced soon and will advance to the Miss World Top 40.

Three other contestants from the continental group will also advance to the Top 40 through other fast-track competitions.

The overall Beauty with a Purpose winner will secure a place in the 2026 Miss World Top Six.
