WINAIR twin otter

Winair and the Government of Montserrat have signed a three-year agreement to maintain scheduled air services between St Maarten and Montserrat, with a minimum of three flights per week.

Under the agreement, the airline will operate the route using its Twin Otter aircraft. The arrangement runs until September 30, 2029, and will be reviewed annually to ensure continued operational and administrative alignment.

The service forms part of the government’s three-year Access Strategy, which aims to maintain reliable air links for residents, visitors, businesses and official government travel.

The agreement is also intended to support tourism and economic activity while strengthening connections between Montserrat, St Maarten and the wider Caribbean.

Winair said flight schedules and booking availability will be announced through its official sales channels. Travellers can visit Winair’s website for updates and reservations.
